I will be running a Transformational healing course that will run over 8 weeks starting on Tues 7th October at 7pm. It will finish up in time for the Christmas rush. It is something new I am offering. It will be over zoom. 

 

The course will consist of weekly sessions of Quantum Heartspace Healing which will go for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Then we will have a discussion and then a meditation. Some coaching will be involved, to set new goals and intentions. I will also be sending the participants all some homework to do over this period to enhance their experience of healing. The aim of the transformative healing course is to raise your frequency and release blocks that stop you from manifesting, what you want in life. To put you in the best place for 2025.

 

The healing will focus on, but not limited to: the inner child, shame, betrayal, self acceptance, rejection, abandonment. As well as, fear of being seen, blocks caused by judgement, domestic violence and criticism. Also we will be doing a healing session on body shame, sexual shame, lack of creativity and inspiration. Fear, playing small and self sabotage. The course will start with the inner child healing and end with the abundance and love healing.

 

These are the biggest blocks I have found working with clients, that hold people back. I have written all new healings for this course. Focusing on healing the deepest core wounds and bringing back a sense of power to you. This is an intensive course and at the end of it, you will be a different person. This course has been written along with guidance from spirit.

The workshop will start off with Quantum Heart Space Healing. Then some confidence building and nurturing activities. Then after lunch will be a vision board/manifesting workshop.
